Radiation monitor PM5000B

Portal monitors of PM5000B Series are designed to detect radioactive and nuclear materials transported through a control zone.

PM5000B-10 and PM5000B-16 modifications are recommended for detection of RNM in railway transport.

Monitors have modular design and may have one-pillar or two-pillar configurations, adaptable height and width according to customer`s requirements. Monitors can be equipped with video monitoring system.

The following configurations of PM5000B Series are recommended for use as railway portal monitors:

  • РМ5000В-10 - two-pillar gamma-neutron monitor which consists of 4 gamma and 4 neutron radiation detector modules on the basis of 10B / ZnS (Ag)
  • РМ5000В-16 - two-pillar gamma monitor which consists of 8 gamma radiation detector modules
