Polimaster was awarded US Patent for its “Portable watch with radiation monitor”. As described in the abstract of the patent, a wrist-wearable device combines functions of watch with monitoring of the radiation situation - the dose to which the user is exposed and radiation intensity. Patent relates to the PM1208 and PM1208M Wrist Gamma Indicators which are a stylish combination of gamma dosimeter and a Swiss-made quartz watch that continuously monitor environmental radiation level and alert a user in case of danger with audible alarm.
